Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In the event of high order volumes or supply chain delays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.


International Shipping

We currently [do not] offer international shipping yet.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.


Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
